Your patience, support and feedback mean a lot to us and we are looking forward to fully introducing you to the Republic Bank brand. Our new platforms will go live on February 1, 2022. As we move toward the final phases of this transition, please take note of the following updates and next steps. Action Required: • Accessibility during conversion: Your access to ATM, online and mobile banking services will be unavailable from January 28, 2022, before the new system goes live. Please take note of this downtime period. We encourage you to withdraw cash that you may need and make any scheduled online payments beforehand. Once these services are back up and running, we will advise you via SMS, social media and email. If you encounter any special circumstances or challenges, during the downtime period, please reach out to us. We’re here to support you. • Final day for transactions: The last day on which you will be able to conduct a transaction before the conversion period is January 28, 2022. • Bank Closure & Opening Hours: Our branches will operate as follows: Mon Jan 24, 2022 8:00 a.m. to 2: 00 p.m. Tues Jan 25, 2022 8:00 a.m. to 2: 00 p.m. Wed Jan 26, 2022 8:00 a.m. to 4: 00 p.m. Thurs Jan 27, 2022 8:00 a.m. to 4: 00 p.m. Fri Jan 28, 2022 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Mon Jan 31, 2022 Closed for conversion process Tues Feb 1, 2022 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (partial re-open/ limited services) Wed Feb 2, 2022 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Thurs Feb 3, 2022 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m Other Updates: • New Bank Account Number: If you have not received your new bank account number, via email or from your branch, please contact your branch. • New Debit Card: Your new Republic Bank debit card is available for collection, now. All current debit cards (including blue cards) will expire on January 28, 2022. This means that from January 29-30, you will be unable to use your debit card. We advise, therefore, that you withdraw any cash you may need for the period. Once the debit card services are back up and running, we will advise you via SMS, social media and email. Please contact your branch if you have not heard from them already, regarding your debit card. • New Credit Cards: Your new Republic Bank credit card will be migrated to the new Republic Financial Holdings platform, effective January 25, 2022. This means that your old (current) Republic Bank credit card will no longer function after January 24, 2022. If you have not yet collected your new card, please do so now. You MUST use the PIN you receive with your new credit card for credit card transactions. • New Cheques: If you are a chequing account customer, there is a supply of Republic Bank cheques with new account details available for your collection at your home branch. You can begin using your new Republic Bank cheques after the conversion date of February 1, 2022. If you opened your account after September 30, 2021, please place your order for cheques after the go-live period. If you print special cheques, you should have already received details regarding the revised format. If you have not received these details, please contact your branch at your earliest convenience. • Online Banking: Our new online and mobile banking platforms, RepublicOnline and the RepublicMobile App (RepublicMobile EC) will go live on the conversion weekend. We encourage you to save your e-statements from the current platform before January 28, 2022, since this information will not be available on the new system. If you are currently an online banking customer, we will send you the link and an invitation to register to the system, once it goes live.
