The name and other features of your chequing account may change depending on your account type. You can continue to use your existing stock of cheques up to the conversion date. We will update you on the specific changes to your account in due course.

  • Can I continue to use my current stock of cheques?

    Yes, you can use your existing cheques up to the conversion date. A supply of cheques with your new account details will be available for collection prior to the conversion date as you will be required to begin using these revised cheques following conversion. If you print special cheques, details regarding the revised format will be shared in advance to allow you to make printing arrangements before the conversion date.

  • Can I still use my current cheques after the conversion?

    Cheques with the old account information should not be issued after conversion.

  • Do I have to order new cheques?

    A supply of cheques with your new account details will be available for collection prior to the conversion date as you will be required to begin using these revised cheques following conversion. View cheque sample here.

  • What will happen to my chequing account?

    The name and other features of your chequing account may change depending on the type of account you have. We are currently assessing the features and benefits of all accounts and will advise you/our customers of specific changes in due course.

  • How long will cheques issued before the conversion period, be valid for?

    Cheques issued before and up to the conversion date will be honoured during the 6-month period following the conversion date.
