We are committed to providing a safe banking environment to all customers. As a general security advisory, we have provided some useful tips to help prevent you from falling prey to fraudulent/scam attempts. Never disclose your account number, debit/credit card information, or any other personal information over the phone, unless you initiated the call/contact. The Bank will not ask for your Personal Identification number (PIN), Security (CVV) Code or passwords. Be suspicious of unsolicited emails, SMS or WhatsApp messages that appear to offer rewards or prizes while asking you to verify/submit any personal or financial information. Be suspicious of unsolicited emails, SMS or WhatsApp messages indicating that you are locked out (without you recently accessing RepublicOnline or RepublicMobile and receiving that error message) and require you to re-set your password via a link provided. Review your transaction history frequently on Internet Banking or the Mobile App to intercept any instances of potential fraud. Sign up for RepublicAlerts to keep you informed of all card transactions. Notify your bank of any suspicious account/card activity. If you suspect you are a victim of a scam or any other fraudulent activity, you should immediately contact us at 1-264-498-4725 (4RBL) or send an email to ai.republicbank@rfhl.com
